What excites you most about the evolving mental health landscape?
The way that mental health is perceived is absolutely changing. People are not only understanding of the vast use-cases for going to therapy which is making it more accessible, but even companies are valuing their employees mental health and focusing on offering EAP benefits, mental health leave and/or other work/life balance benefits that help the employee avoid burnout, maintain regulation and feel safe enough to reach out to a therapist if they do not feel like they have been up to par.
