What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
My clinical work is primarily grounded in behavioral and cognitive therapies, including approaches that integrate flexibility, values, and the dialectic between acceptance and change. I also believe in the power of connection, hope, and resilience, and I believe that we all deserve to lead lives full of dignity and meaning. I have particular expertise treating anxiety disorders, depression, and obsessive-compulsive and related disorders. I also enjoy working to address relationship difficulties, life transitions, and identity questions.
