Work HistoryI received my Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Virginia in 2010, and my postdoctoral fellowship from Brown University in 2012. I have been licensed to practice psychology in Ohio since 2013 (#6982) and in Virginia since 2021 (#0810007724). I also have a long career as a scholar, educator, and clinician, including working as an associate professor (Miami University) and staff psychologist (University of Virginia). Should you choose to work with me, you can be confident that I will be committed to your care while drawing from a range of professional and personal experiences. Put simply: you know a lot about yourself, and I know a lot about human behavior and emotion. By working together, I am confident that we’ll be able to help you build a life that maximizes your health and minimizes your suffering.
