Education
Regis University, Master of Arts, Marriage and Family Therapy, 2026 — I hold a Marriage and Family Therapy degree with a systemic approach, meaning I look at how our various systems (relationships, identities, environments, and life experiences) shape our current emotional wellbeing and relationship patterns.
Work HistoryBefore starting my private practice, I worked in a community counseling setting where I had the opportunity to support individuals, couples, families, and teens through a wide range of challenges. I sat with people navigating relationship conflict, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, trauma, and questions about who they are and how they want to show up in their relationships. Working with people from many different backgrounds taught me that while everyone's story is unique, we all long to feel understood, connected, and accepted. I also worked in an inpatient behavioral health setting, supporting people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. That experience strengthened my ability to remain calm, compassionate, and grounded, while creating a space where people felt safe enough to be honest about what they were experiencing. Throughout my training and clinical work, I found myself drawn to the ways our relationships shape us. Whether I'm working with an individual, couple, or family, I pay attention to the patterns that keep people feeling stuck and help them better understand where those patterns come from. My goal isn't simply to reduce symptoms—it's to help you build healthier relationships with yourself and the people who matter most to you. Today, I specialize in working with adults, teens, couples, and families who are struggling with relationship challenges, anxiety, life transitions, and the lasting impact of past experiences. My approach is relational, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when you feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood.
