What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is creating a space where people feel genuinely safe to be themselves. I strive to build relationships where clients feel comfortable bringing their whole selves into the room—whether that means laughing, crying, expressing uncertainty, or even telling me when something doesn't feel quite right. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is an important part of healing.
I also enjoy helping people make sense of the patterns that keep showing up in their lives and relationships. Rather than focusing only on immediate problems, I work collaboratively with clients to understand where these patterns come from and how they can begin responding in new ways. My approach is warm, curious, and relational, balancing empathy with thoughtful questions and gentle challenges that support meaningful, lasting change.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Every client's journey is different, but my hope is that you leave each session feeling a little more understood, a little less alone, and with a clearer sense of yourself. Together, we'll work to make sense of the patterns that have been keeping you stuck, explore where they come from, and discover new ways of responding that feel more aligned with who you want to be.
Over time, many clients find they communicate more openly, navigate conflict with greater confidence, and develop stronger, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and the people they care about. You may notice that you're reacting less automatically, setting healthier boundaries, or approaching difficult situations with more self-compassion and intention.
Above all, I hope therapy becomes a place where you feel safe to be honest, ask questions, and grow. My goal isn't to have all the answers for you—it's to help you better understand yourself so that you can move through life and relationships with greater confidence, resilience, and connection.

Education
Regis University, Master of Arts, Marriage and Family Therapy, 2026 — I hold a Marriage and Family Therapy degree with a systemic approach, meaning I look at how our various systems (relationships, identities, environments, and life experiences) shape our current emotional wellbeing and relationship patterns.
Work HistoryBefore starting my private practice, I worked in a community counseling setting where I had the opportunity to support individuals, couples, families, and teens through a wide range of challenges. I sat with people navigating relationship conflict, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, trauma, and questions about who they are and how they want to show up in their relationships. Working with people from many different backgrounds taught me that while everyone's story is unique, we all long to feel understood, connected, and accepted.
I also worked in an inpatient behavioral health setting, supporting people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. That experience strengthened my ability to remain calm, compassionate, and grounded, while creating a space where people felt safe enough to be honest about what they were experiencing.
Throughout my training and clinical work, I found myself drawn to the ways our relationships shape us. Whether I'm working with an individual, couple, or family, I pay attention to the patterns that keep people feeling stuck and help them better understand where those patterns come from. My goal isn't simply to reduce symptoms—it's to help you build healthier relationships with yourself and the people who matter most to you.
Today, I specialize in working with adults, teens, couples, and families who are struggling with relationship challenges, anxiety, life transitions, and the lasting impact of past experiences. My approach is relational, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when you feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood.
