In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
I know first hand what it's like to live life caught up in cycles of anxious overthinking. Oftentimes, these things can just be such the default for us that we don't even realize the toll that they're taking on us or that we could life differently. Finding some of that freedom in my own life has inspired me to help my clients find that too.
