Under Clinical Supervision

Elizabeth Dausch, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, 130432 is practicing under the supervision of Alexandria Wright (California, LCSW, 70802) at The Center for Mindful Psychotherapy.

Please, note: A clinician listed as being “clinically supervised” is completing clinical hours toward their licensure. They have one or more fully licensed clinical supervisors that often have special training to become supervisors. They consult with their supervisor(s) on all of their cases, which means that, when working with them, you are getting the time and expertise of multiple therapists in your treatment.

What would be important for someone to know about working with you?

Do you feel as if some days you're drowning in anxiety with work, school, or your relationships? Get stuck in exhausting spirals of self doubt or blindsided by panic attacks? When anxiety takes over inside, it can make life feel miserable. If you're tired of feeling this way and don't know what to do, I can help. In therapy, my clients learn to shift their relationship to anxiety so they can enjoy life again with more ease and confidence. You won't just gain self-awareness through conversation, but have the chance to experience transformational healing. Together, we can work to cultivate greater wholeness and peace in your inner world. Much less activation and overwhelm from familiar triggers. More internal space to relate to all parts of you from your deepest Self. We'll use an integrative approach of Internal Family Systems, body-based and mindfulness practices. I’m particularly passionate about this work because I've personally benefitted from this kind of therapy. It changed my life and relationship to anxiety for the better.
