What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use a combination of neuroscience education and focused techniques like somatic therapy, brainspotting, EMDR, and lifespan integration to target deeper areas of the brain where a lot of these patterns are being held. I blend these techniques with grounded conversation and exploration of the innermost parts and versions of oneself that have been overworking, neglected, or abandoned, and help co-create new narratives and meaning that build self trust and confidence that is rooted in authentic and steadier sense of self.

Work HistoryI help adults who are chronically stressed, anxious, self critical, burned out, and disconnected from themselves, gain clarity and skills to feel more in control in navigating their nervous system responses and untangle strategies that result in tying identity and worth to achievement, productivity, and pleasing others-- patterns often rooted in growing up in environments that were inconsistent, unpredictable, or dysfunctional or experiencing dysfunctional systems that demands a version of oneself that results in masking or performing. I help adults break free from these often times survival-driven narratives and build a life rooted in clarity, self-trust, and a more authentic and steadier sense of self.
