Work HistoryYou didn't end up here by accident, something's been weighing on you long enough that you finally decided to do something about it. Whatever brought you here, I want to help you actually change it.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who graduated from Pepperdine University in 2019 with my master's in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy. I'm licensed in both Arizona and Nevada, and I work with adults dealing with trauma, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and major life transitions. I also work with couples struggling with communication, intimacy, and infidelity, and families navigating conflict that's tearing them apart.
My training spans everything from attachment theory to cognitive behavioral work to trauma processing. My role is to create a safe environment where you can talk honestly about what’s been difficult, make sense of how it affects you, and begin to feel more supported and capable as you move forward. The goal of helping you feel more connected to yourself and more confident in your path ahead.
If you’d like support, you can reach me through Insight Therapy Solutions at 888-409-8976.
