New York University, Master of Arts, Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness
Work HistoryI have experience working in schools, mental health facilities, and private practice environments providing care to a diverse population of individuals. A majority of my experience was done in high-risk environments providing trauma-informed care to clients experiencing childhood abuse, domestic violence, traumatic grief, religious trauma, sexual trauma, transgenerational trauma, and narcissistic abuse. I have a background in addressing needs related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, burnout, identity, immigrant experiences, and more. I also specialize in relationships and create a non-judgmental space for clients to openly explore challenges related to sexual identity, breakups, conflict resolution, communication, and intimacy.
