What is your style/approach to therapy?

I take an individualized and integrated approach to therapy that draws from psychodynamic, CBT, narrative, and mindfulness techniques. Sessions are tailored to achieve your therapeutic goals in a positive space where you feel safe in approaching the challenging work we will take on together. My practice aims to explore what hinders you, set goals, and build skills that will allow you to flourish.

What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

Prior to beginning her career as a therapist, Elizabeth spent a decade working in marketing and business development. Her clinical experience includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, career and relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, eating disorders, and women’s issues across the lifespan. As a parent herself, she also has a special interest in family challenges, parenting, and maternal mental health.
