In what ways do your life philosophy and treatment philosophy overlap?
We are all humans, and nobody goes through life alone. Mental health diagnoses are a good tool to help direct care, but they do not make us who we are as people. I use this as a reminder to work holistically with my clients, focusing on who you are as a human and what you want your life to look like vs what I value or think would be best for others.
