Work HistoryI've worked with so many different people and in a variety of settings- From little ones to older adults. Generally, my clients have faced significant traumas and hardships in their life. I supported people with crisis stabilization. I have facilitated family therapy, child therapy, group therapy and individual therapy. My experience is heavily in trauma and with the populations I've served, I have become culturally sensitive and practice cultural humbleness. I do not specialize in one problem area. I launched my private practice in 2019 and focused on developing my unique craft - which is integrative and focused on healing through embodiment. My specialty has become the way in which I work. Many people come to see me, because I incorporate somatic practices, breathing, visualization, and memory re-consolidation into their healing work. I find my style works especially well with folks who want and need something different, or are tired of traditional talk therapy.
