In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?
I'm very laid back and love meeting new people! I truly enjoy meeting people where they are and do not expect perfection! I don't have my life put together and never expect that from anyone else! I'm trying to embrace my flaws as well as my strengths,
If there was one thing you wish people knew about the therapy experience who might be hesitant to try it, what would that be?
That therapy is not judgmental at all!! We are truly here to help you and want you to live your best life!
In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
I have experienced anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and ADHD personally so I feel I can bring a level of relatability to my clients. However, I am aware that there isn't a "one-size-fits-all" approach to mental health and don't expect anyone else's experience to look like mine. I just want people to get the help they are looking for and to know that this is a safe place for them.
