Work HistoryThe practice of mental health therapy has been said to be a blend between art and science. I uphold this philosophy recognizing the artful process of meaning-making while also grounding the experience in practical evidence-based tools.
I approach my work from a relational and trauma-informed framework. My aim is to create a safe and trusting therapeutic environment that equips clients to achieve their individual goals ultimately enriching their lives.
I work with all sorts of folx, but many of my clients are women and young adults presenting with major life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or sexual harm. I specialize in working with those who have experienced harm or violence in the commercial sex industry or survivors of sex trafficking.
