Work HistoryI began specializing in OCD and anxiety in 2021 while working at a clinic dedicated to these concerns, where I supported clients in facing fears and finding relief. Later, I worked in community mental health, supporting kids, teens, and parents as they navigated the impact of trauma. That work deepened my understanding of how past experiences can affect our emotions, relationships, and daily life. Today, I continue to love working with both teens and adults, focusing on anxiety, OCD, and the many ways trauma shows up and can be healed.
