What is your style/approach to therapy?
Holistic-meaning I use various techniques based on your needs including, but not limited to:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Dialectic Behavior Therapy
Person Centered Therapy
Trauma-Informed Care
Art Therapy
If you could pick one movie or book that influenced your approach to therapy, what would it be and why?
Joker-because it shows people are much more complex than being purely "bad" or "good". Many people are misunderstood whether it be by others or themselves.
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
Nearly ten years ago, I began my personal journey with therapy during a time of major life transitions. What stayed with me was the feeling of unconditional support and understanding I received. For the first time, I felt truly seen and encouraged to be vulnerable. This experience sparked a sense of strength and empowerment in me that I strive to help my clients discover within themselves.
