In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?

I'm creative, and I'm a very hard worker. I'm enthusiastic and invested in the wellness of my clients. It's often said about me that I am not burdened with judging others. I believe we all have the capacity to change. If we're honest, navigating life's challenges and changes is hard. Getting help to build strategies that work isn't weak. It's healthy. I have experience helping a wide range of people, from rural communities, to large metro areas. I practice with humility, and that means listening to understand where you are now, and where you want to be. I also have degrees in anthropology and education. I specialize in supporting clients in areas such as emotional regulation, coping skills, problem-solving, and trauma processing.
