Education
University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Master of Social Work, Social Work, 2022 — I continued my studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with the goal of becoming a therapist. :)
University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Bachelor of Science, Psychology, 2019 — I studied psychology with a strong focus on cognition and memory.
Work HistoryI became a therapist driven by a deep passion for helping individuals heal from complex emotional trauma. Early in my career, I quickly recognized a significant gap in specialized care for survivors of narcissistic abuse and individuals struggling with narcissistic tendencies. This realization sparked my dedication to focusing on these often overlooked issues. I opened Two Lights Therapy Center, a practice based in Chicago, in the hopes of working specifically with folks affected by narcissism. My work centers on understanding the intricate dynamics of narcissism and attachment—how early relationships shape our sense of self and influence our interactions with others. I specialize in helping clients navigate the long-lasting effects of narcissistic abuse, rebuild their sense of self-worth, and develop healthier, more secure attachments. I believe that by addressing both narcissistic behaviors and their emotional roots, we can foster healing and create lasting change for those affected by these complex relational dynamics.
