Pepperdine University, Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Emphasis in Marriage and Family Counseling, 2023
Work HistoryAs an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), I offer therapy both via online (Telehealth) and in-person. My journey into psychology was shaped by my experiences as an actor in the entertainment industry, where I gained valuable insights into human behavior and resilience. Navigating the highs and lows of showbiz gave me a unique perspective on life's challenges, which I now bring into my therapy practice. From audition nerves to the pressures of fame, I've seen it all – and it's fueled my passion for helping others navigate similar struggles. While I have a special connection to individuals in the entertainment industry, I'm here to support anyone dealing with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, ADHD, OCD, and addiction. My approach to therapy is deeply personal and collaborative. I believe in crafting personalized strategies tailored to each client's unique journey. While my roots are in psychodynamic therapy, I love to incorporate diverse approaches like client-centered, CBT, DBT, and somatic techniques.
