Work HistoryHere are the areas where I've focused my work: Recovery and Personal Strength I spent time working at a rehab center, helping people find recovery from addiction and tackling the difficult feelings that often come with it. We focused on building self-confidence, healing from past painful experiences, learning how to build trust again, dealing with strong anger issues, and moving away from unhealthy patterns where you rely too much on others. Handling Stress and Big Feelings I've also worked in a community setting with people of all ages—from children to seniors. I've helped clients who are struggling with constant worry or anxiety, feeling really down or overwhelmed, navigating tough parenting challenges, and managing the everyday stress and big changes that life brings. I also have experience supporting people who are working on challenges with alcohol or drugs. Academic and Career Support Finally, I've enjoyed helping college students manage the pressure of schoolwork and make clear, confident decisions about their career and future after graduation. I look forward to meeting you and discussing how my experience can help you achieve your goals.
