Education
Lewis and Clark College, Portland, OR, Master of Arts, Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy, 2011 — Erin's training toward her master's degree included a speciality in addiction as it impacts family systems.
Work HistoryOver the past 14 years, I've provided therapy services to couples, families, siblings, and individuals in a variety of settings; first, as a child and family therapist, then, as an adult individual and relationship therapist, and eventually, as a primarily relationship based therapist in couples and family therapy in private practice. Alongside my work as a clinician for over a decade, I have also held clinical leadership and development roles, through work as a supervisor to emerging or pre-licensed therapists, and, through work as an adjunct faculty member at my alma mater in Oregon, teaching courses in clinical skill development. I also have held multiple administrative positions throughout my career alongside my therapy work, such as program development and management, compliance and policy development, and currently, as a business owner. These administrative positions have allowed me to have a firm understanding of the whole experience a client may have when seeking therapy, including billing concerns and navigating scheduling and logistics.
