What are some the unique issues faced by clients in your particular field of specialization, in terms of mental health education, care, and/or treatment?
If you’ve been feeling disconnected from yourself, stuck in old patterns, or simply exhausted from trying to keep it all together, you’re not alone. Healing takes courage and you don’t have to do it by yourself. My goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin to make sense of your experiences.
I specialize in working with adult women (18+) who have experienced trauma, dissociation, anxiety, or emotional dysregulation. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking to better understand their emotions, build stronger boundaries, and feel more grounded in their daily lives.
My approach is integrative, combining trauma-focused therapies, mindfulness, and relational work to meet your unique needs. In our work together, I may use mindfulness and grounding techniques, parts work, and psychoeducation to help you find balance, clarity, and compassion toward yourself.
As a bilingual therapist, I offer sessions in both English and Spanish, bienvenidos y gracias por la oportunidad de trabajar juntos en su salud mental.
If you’re ready to start your healing journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater self-understanding and peace.
