Education
Walden University, Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, 2024
Work HistoryI bring over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, including work in case management, community outreach, crisis intervention, resource coordination, and behavioral health administration. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with diverse populations, supporting individuals from young children to adults. These experiences have helped shape my compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed approach to counseling. My clinical work focuses on supporting adults(18+) navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I am a Certified Trauma Professional (CCTP), trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and IFS-informed (Internal Family Systems). I often integrate trauma-focused care, mindfulness, and relational approaches to help clients build resilience, self-understanding, and lasting change. Services can be offered in Spanish as well and virtually across Texas.
