Work HistoryWith nearly a decade of experience in community mental health, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate life's most difficult challenges. I began my work conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations and diagnostic assessments before transitioning to providing intensive in-home therapy for adults living with serious mental illness (SMI). These early experiences gave me a strong clinical foundation in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment. As my career progressed, I became the Director of a Health and Wellness Program that partnered with Dartmouth College to study the impact of combining counseling, nutrition, and exercise to improve quality of life. The program's success reinforced my belief that lasting mental health is achieved by treating the whole person—mind and body together. After earning my independent clinical license in 2021, I focused on providing school-based therapy for children and adolescents, utilizing play therapy, sand tray therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other developmentally appropriate interventions to help youth build resilience and emotional regulation. In 2025, I relocated to Northern Arizona, where I provided therapy for youth involved in the juvenile justice system, deepening my expertise in trauma treatment and working with complex behavioral and emotional needs. Today, I specialize in evidence-based therapies including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These approaches allow me to help children, adolescents, and adults heal from trauma, reduce anxiety and depression, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical skills for lasting change. In 2026, I opened my private practice to bring together the breadth of my experience and offer personalized, compassionate care to individuals across the lifespan. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported as they move toward healing and the life they want to live.
