Work HistoryHello! My name is Fashen. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I received my Master of Social Work from Barry University in 2017 and have been practicing in the mental health field for 8 years. My focus is working with individuals who struggles with self-esteem issues, childhood emotional wounds, depression and/or desires to understand their life's purpose.
I work with clients who were raised or "grew up" in dysfunctional homes/households and are now finding themselves living out the results of that "dysfunction". One may find themselves struggling with codependence, people pleasing tendencies, low self-esteem, anger, fears of abandonment and more. I will take a collaborative approach to help you identify the habits, thoughts, and/or feelings that are hindering you from achieving your authentic self and together will brainstorm healthier ways of coping.
