Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
The most important thing to know is that I won't pretend to have all the answers because you're the expert on your own life. I'm here to listen without judgment and help you find what works for you. You set the pace, you choose what we talk about, and you decide what goals matter to you. This is your time, and I'm just here to support you through it.
What does a first session with you look like?
You’ll start with a free 15–30 minute consultation with our team so we can make sure we’re the right fit for your needs, or help connect you with a different type of therapist if needed. Once we meet for your first session, I’ll take time to get to know you, what’s been bringing you to therapy, and what you’d like to work on. We’ll talk about your goals, what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and how we can work together moving forward. You’ll also have space to ask questions and get a feel for the process in a supportive, comfortable environment.

Work HistoryI became a therapist because I truly believe you already have what you need inside to heal—sometimes you just need someone to listen while you find it. I've worked with trauma survivors, first responders who struggle in silence, people facing medical diagnoses that change everything, and families wanting to communicate better. I understand the experiences of Indigenous, Latinx, and LGBTQ+ communities, and I bring that awareness into our work together. My approach is simple: I listen, I believe you, and I trust that you know your own life better than anyone. My job is just to walk beside you while you find your way forward.
