Work HistoryI am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Certified therapist, and my therapeutic work focuses on helping clients to heal traumatic wounds so that they can experience more openness and joy internally and with those around them. I work with clients navigating a range of issues, including major life transitions, parenting challenges, relationship difficulties, separation and divorce, and grief and loss, as well as the powerful feelings that accompany these experiences: heavy sadness/depression, loneliness, shame and guilt, and intense worry/anxiety. I have great confidence and trust in my clients' ability to heal, and I consider it an honor and a privilege to be part of their healing.
