Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I aim to be compassionate but direct when needed. I seek to provide validation to help you set down guilt and shame, and motivation to help you get unstuck.
What does a first session with you look like?
Our first session is really designed to help me understand you and what you want to get out of therapy. The goal is to understand what you want to work on and collaboratively create a plan to help you get there.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
My methods are very much client-centered and psychodynamic. I always seek to center the client and tailor my approach to what works for them. I am also EMDR trained.
