Work HistoryOver the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, but my heart and expertise have centered around eating disorders, self-esteem, and anxiety-related concerns. I’ve helped clients struggling with Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), body image distress, and the heavy weight of low self-worth. Along the way, I’ve also supported adults dealing with insomnia, burnout, depression, and life transitions. My background includes providing therapy in both private practice and organizational settings, where I gained experience tailoring evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness to meet each person’s needs. In addition to direct client care, I’ve worked as a consultant and supervisor, guiding other clinicians in their development. These roles have deepened my ability to listen, to collaborate, and to provide strategies that are not only practical but also compassionate. Every piece of my work history has led me to focus on what I do today: helping adults overcome barriers to eating, sleep, and self-confidence so they can move toward a life that feels more free and fulfilling.
