Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I love working with women and couples, especially those in their 20s-40s. This time of life brings so many pivotal changes and challenges that can be too much to navigate on your own. I have experienced countless times how outside help from a therapist can make a world of difference in helping someone feel more confident, connected to themself and others, and have more fulfilling relationships.
In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?
I bring a calm, down-to-earth approach to therapy and try to make clients feel as comfortable as possible. With a spirit of authenticity, transparency, and some humor, I help women and couples to feel seen and understood as we unpack current or past issues and create a new path forward. I really want clients to feel heard, supported, and validated, but also know that sometimes what they need most is to be challenged in a healthy way.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Many sessions take the shape of an organic conversation. With each client, we tailor therapy to you needs and goals. For some, this means more insight around emotions, patterns, or relationships. For others, it's helpful tools that they can use outside the therapy room. We will work together to determine what will be the most helpful for you.

Work HistoryMy personal and professional identity have been shaped by my dual training in mental and spiritual health. After working in ministry for eight years, I switched to providing full-time therapy for individuals and couples. I have always been drawn to relationships and find the relationship between therapist and client to be life-giving and transformational. I have worked in a church, college counseling center, a group practice and now in my own private therapy practice.
