Work HistoryI am a licensed psychologist located in Wexford, Pennsylvania, and provide individual therapy to adults with a wide range of mental health concerns. I take an integrative, culturally responsive approach in therapy, consisting of relational-cultural, client-centered, sex-positive, and positive psychology theories. I'm a generalist by training, but have clinical focus areas in depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, experiences of oppression, sexual wellness, relationship issues, and college mental health. I specialize working with individuals who have experienced relational trauma, intimate partner violence, sexual violence, and relationship issues. I support those wanting to navigate challenging relationships and those wanting to develop more meaningful connections with others. Additionally, I am trained in sex-therapy and can support adults wanting to understand their experiences and beliefs around sexual health, sexuality, and physical/emotional intimacy. Communities I have experience and a passion working with are BIPOC/Latinx/Multiracial individuals, LGBTQIA+ individuals, college students/young adults, and helping professionals/health care workers.
