Education
Lipscomb University, Marriage and Family Therapy, 2024
Work HistoryI help career-driven professionals and couples find their footing and create balance in the midst of today’s hectic world. My area of focus includes life and career transitions, stress management, reducing burnout, alleviating anxiety, boosting self-esteem, and enhancing communication in relationships. With my background in the music industry, I understand the unique challenges of juggling ambitious career goals with personal well-being. My integrative approach to therapy allows me to address issues such as anxiety, perfectionism, workaholism, depression, and effectively. Together, we'll explore and shift limiting thought patterns and build practical coping strategies to handle stress and avoid burnout, empowering you to tackle both life and career challenges with confidence! As a dedicated couples therapist, I specialize in helping couples navigate conflict, improve communication, and cultivate deeper emotional connections. I work with a diverse range of couples, from those preparing for marriage to those facing more complex issues such as addiction or contemplating divorce. With my training and educational background rooted in Family Systems Theory, I offer insights into the dynamics that shape relationships, helping you and your partner break free from unhelpful patterns. Additionally, I’m a PREPARE/ENRICH Certified Facilitator and trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1), both of which are leading approaches in premarital and couples therapy. I am accepting new clients this fall and offer sliding scale fees to accommodate different budgets. My office is conveniently located in the Midtown Nashville area, & I offer both in-person and Telehealth options. If you feel like I might be good fit, please reach out to me via email to schedule a session or book a free 15-minute phone consultation! I’m look forward to connecting with you soon!
