Work HistoryDo you find yourself missing out on the present moment because you are stuck in tomorrow's worry? Are you struggling to feel connected to yourself or loved ones around you? Life's stressors and trials can get in the way of the things that are most important to us. I offer a supportive, safe environment for you to explore your experiences and goals, and work with you to define the life you want to live and the person you want to be! Let's explore your strengths and help you find balance that works for you. I have experience working with clients facing challenges including anxiety, depression, OCD, self-esteem, struggles with work/life balance, and self-care. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming. I use a blend of CBT, mindfulness, and client-centered approaches in my work. My goal is to find something that fits you and your life. I believe that counseling is a mutual relationship of trust and respect, and work to establish a connection with each of my clients. I value being able to highlight each person’s unique strengths to help accomplish their goals. I appreciate your trust in me as you take these courageous next steps in your journey and look forward to connecting with you soon.
