Get To Know Me
What are some the unique issues faced by clients in your particular field of specialization, in terms of mental health education, care, and/or treatment?
Some of the unique issues that I have treated are borderline personality disorder and embryo adoption and donation.
If there was one thing you wish people knew about the therapy experience who might be hesitant to try it, what would that be?
It can be scarier than it sounds. I am here to support you and ease you into therapy! We will be partners in the process.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My approach is to not only talk through concerns, but also teach skills that can be used in your everyday life. Skills such as how to understand and manage big emotions, cope with anxiety and stress, set boundaries, and navigate the unique challenges faced throughout the lifespan.
This is your space to pause, to breathe, and to begin again—with clarity.
You’ve survived. Now it’s time to thrive.
