Work HistoryI have worked in many settings across three states. I spent three years in addictions treatment working at a medication assisted treatment facility followed by five years in community mental health, all in SC. In working at the department of mental health, I facilitated PTSD groups for women focusing on healing from trauma as well as carrying a caseload of over 100 clients suffering with a multitude of mental health issues. Upon moving to LA, and subsequently MI, I have specialized in private practice for the past 10 years. I was the director of a large multi-specialty practice where I supervised interns and saw a small caseload of adult clients. In the past four years in MI, I have had a fully virtual practice focusing on high functioning adult clients seeking weekly therapy for anxiety and mood disorders as well as wanting to address life changes by exploring past attachment patterns.
