Ball State University, Master of Social Work
I have experience providing individual therapy for college students, women and queer adults, and individuals processing trauma. I have also worked with women who have experienced domestic abuse and sexual assault. I prioritize working from a strengths-based perspective because I believe every person has valuable life experience and skills they carry with them. I also use Systems Theory because the systems that surround us have a great impact on our mental health. Everyone deserves to feel like they can show their whole selves when they come to therapy. My hope is to provide space for you to be seen and understood. I would be honored to support you as you navigate your therapy goals at Catalyst.
