Education
Nova Southern University, Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Clinical, 2025 — I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida with a Master's from Nova Southeastern University. Trained in DBT, mindfulness, somatic, and trauma-informed care, I am committed to ethical, evidence-based treatment and ongoing supervision.
Work HistoryI am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern providing trauma-informed, holistic therapy that honors the connection between mind, body, emotions, and relationships. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and draw from an integrative approach that includes DBT, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and relational work. I have experience working with all ages, supporting concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, learning differences, and life transitions. I believe healing happens gently and at your own pace. I work collaboratively to build emotional awareness, coping skills, and balance focusing on meaningful, lasting change. From a multicultural background and fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, I bring a culturally responsive lens that honors each client’s identity and lived experience.
