Work HistoryI have worked in many mental health settings. I began my work doing Children's Mental Health Case Management, helping children and families getting connected with services and resources they needed. After completing my Master's of Social Work I worked in a school and a School Social Worker briefly prior to deciding to change settings and do outpatient therapy. I have been doing outpatient therapy since 2022 working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, family/relationship issues, and Brainspotting.
