Work HistoryI work as a Resident in Counseling with the Virginia Institute of Pastoral Care and Revelations Behavioral Health, both located in Richmond, VA. My goal with every client is to facilitate a therapeutic experience that ultimately enhances well-being. I will work with you to explore the root causes of your concerns and develop tools, based on your values and beliefs, that will better enable you to manage your circumstances and live a more fulfilling life. I see clients facing a range of challenges, including, though not limited to, depression and anxiety, grief and illness, relationship issues, job stress, trauma, spiritual concerns, and general life adjustments. In whatever case, I will partner with you to cultivate your self-awareness, identify strengths, and implement a plan for healing. In a typical counseling session, we will explore the concerns you bring that day in ways intended to closer address your needs and meet your goals in therapy. Wherever you are in your life process, I am thankful to walk alongside you!
