Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
My approach to counseling is compassionate, integrative, and focused on helping each person move toward healing, clarity, and hope. I love learning and growing as a professional and believe it is essential so that I can offer the best support possible to my clients. I also offer Christian-based counseling, weaving together faith and evidence-based tools to bring greater depth and meaning to the therapeutic process. Every day I get to walk alongside individuals as they work through challenges and discover new purpose in their lives. I love what I do and and I am so honored that I get to use my God given gifts and passions in this way.

How do you determine therapy goals with clients? What does that process look like?
Therapy goals are guided by you, with my support as desired. I want to understand what you hope to change so we can work together toward meaningful progress. Because your goals are personal and unique, our work is collaborative—developed thoughtfully over the first few sessions.
As therapy progresses, goals may evolve, and that is a natural part of the process. At the same time, keeping your goals in focus helps ensure continued growth and forward movement.

Education
Liberty University, Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, 2011 — In addition to my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I hold a minor in Biblical Studies and Discipleship. I enjoy working with clients who wish to incorporate their faith into the counseling process, integrating clinical approaches with a biblical perspective to support meaningful growth and healing.
Work HistoryHello, my name is Jada, and I am a dually Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in the State of Florida and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the State of Maine. I have worked in the mental health field for 20 years and for the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of running my own private practice.
I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, abuse, parenting concerns, and relationship struggles. I specialize in supporting survivors of narcissistic relationships as they rediscover their voice and reclaim freedom from harmful dynamics.
I also work with clients experiencing relationship difficulties rooted in attachment wounds. Together, we explore the underlying patterns affecting their relationships and implement practical, evidence-based strategies that foster healing, growth, and stronger, healthier connections.
