Work HistoryOver the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of mental health settings that have shaped and deepened my expertise. I began my journey working with individuals experiencing severe mental health challenges, where I learned the importance of patience, empathy, and meeting people exactly where they are. From there, I expanded into supporting clients dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. These experiences helped me develop a strong, compassionate approach that balances emotional support with practical tools for healing and growth. I’ve also worked extensively with families and couples, helping them navigate difficult relationships, rebuild trust, and improve communication. Supporting teens and adults through life stressors, career shifts, and identity challenges has been a consistent part of my work. Throughout my career, I’ve seen how powerful therapy can be when clients feel truly understood and supported. No matter the setting or the challenge, my focus has always been on creating a safe space for healing—where clients feel respected, heard, and empowered to move forward. These years of experience have given me a deep understanding of human behavior, emotional resilience, and the value of genuine connection in the therapeutic relationship.
