Work HistoryI'm a licensed therapist (FL) with over 16 years of experience assisting individuals and couples in overcoming life's intrusive challenges. I began utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in 2014 while working with the Veteran's Administration. I have helped countless clients overcome trauma, limiting beliefs, and communication struggles in both outpatient and residential settings. My private practice began in 2019 with the goal of assisting individuals experiencing addiction with, "Getting Back to the Natural You." Over time I have expanded my scope and I now assist individuals, teens and couples who are experiencing a variety of life stressors; mainly, Career Stress, Anxiety (exposure therapy assistance), Relationship Issues, Overcoming Trauma and Grief.
