Work HistoryMy expertise are working with clients struggling with relational issues, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I believes that clients are the expert of their own lives and has an integrative approach to therapy with an emphasis on strength based, solution-focused, and client-centered therapy. I will work with clients to explore family and individual characteristics and dynamics to gain perspective and self-awareness. I also believes in empathetically listening and working together to tackle problems of life together to gain a healthier way of living. I work from a variety of different modalities in therapy (CBT, person-centered, strengths-based, attachment, etc.). My expertise and most of my experience is in family therapy. I like to pull from a variety of different approaches to fit best your needs. I have a background in family therapy. I have studied Family, Marriage, and Couples counseling in my masters program.
