Work History
Hi! My name is Jazmin. I've been in the Social Work field for 12 years, the last 6 years working in individual, family, and group therapy settings. I specialize in strength-based, person-centered treatment. I am passionate about supporting you with your goals and look forward to getting to know you. I engage with compassion and empathy to support people struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma-reactions, and family challenges. My therapy style is client-centered and solution-focused. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and gentle environment that allows freedom to process experiences. I have additional training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Parent Management Training (PMTO). My hope is to help clients build confidence and empower changes they can be proud of. Sessions focus on processing what's positive and difficult, building on desired changes.
