Work HistoryI started my career out of college as a speech therapist working in a rehab hospital. I realized that what really interested me was helping the patients with their mental health. I started my masters in mental health counseling and continued working. I have since worked with mentally handicapped children and adults and their families. I have counseled those involved in the adoption process - birth mothers and adoptive families. I have worked in the addictions field and also seen the insurance side of the business looking at hundreds of clients clinical and being on treatment teams that decided the course of best practice for each individual. I run an online support group of about 1000 people that have been affected by cancer, mold illness and autoimmune. My telehealth practice is about solution focused therapy to help clients find their own way and what makes them unique. When you find your purpose and heal trauma you will feel better and be more successful.
