Work HistoryI have worked in various therapeutic setting but much of my early work was with young adults in a group home setting. When I was working in community mental health I learned so much of the foundations for how I approach my work now in private practice. I was at a group practice for while and then decided to branch out on my own and start the practice I am at now. I have tailored the experience that I have acquired in to what I specialize in now. Much of the clients I worked with experience various levels of anxiety, self esteem and body image, and trauma. There are many other symptoms that can and do coalesce with what I specialize in, so I definitely spend time talking about and observing the overlap in symptoms. While exploring with my clients what is uniquely effect for them in unpacking and moving through some of their experiences.
