Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
Working with me feels more like a conversation than a clinical experience. I focus on creating a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and talk openly without judgment—you don’t need to have everything figured out.
I take a collaborative, trauma-informed approach, helping you explore patterns, emotions, and what may be keeping you stuck, while moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Most importantly, I see therapy as a space where your story matters, and together we can begin to understand it with more clarity and compassion while finding new ways forward.
In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
My personal experiences have helped shape the way I show up as a therapist—with empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for how complex people’s stories can be. I understand what it’s like to navigate challenges, uncertainty, and growth, which allows me to connect with clients in a genuine and grounded way.
I’m also intentional about creating a space that feels supportive, nonjudgmental, and centered on your needs. My goal is to help you feel understood while we explore your experiences, make sense of patterns, and find ways forward that feel meaningful to you.
In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?
My personality plays a big role in how I show up in therapy. I’m naturally empathetic, caring, and non-judgmental, and I work to create a space where you feel safe being open and honest about your experiences.
At the same time, I’m not afraid to be direct when it’s helpful. I’ll gently point out patterns, ask thoughtful questions, and share observations that can support insight and growth. My goal is to balance warmth with honesty, so you feel both supported and challenged in a way that helps you move forward.

Work HistoryI’ve had the opportunity to work with adults, couples, and families navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Throughout my work, I’ve supported people who feel stuck in painful patterns, overwhelmed by life transitions, or disconnected from themselves or the people they care about.
A large part of my experience has been working with couples who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, and feel close again. I work with a variety of relationship structures, including monogamous and non-monogamous relationships, and support clients in navigating communication, boundaries, and connection in ways that feel authentic to them.
My approach has been shaped by working with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences, always with a focus on creating a space that feels safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I tend to work in a conversational way, slowing things down to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and helping clients make sense of their experiences with compassion and clarity.
