Work HistoryI’ve had the opportunity to work with adults, couples, and families navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Throughout my work, I’ve supported people who feel stuck in painful patterns, overwhelmed by life transitions, or disconnected from themselves or the people they care about. A large part of my experience has been working with couples who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, and feel close again. I work with a variety of relationship structures, including monogamous and non-monogamous relationships, and support clients in navigating communication, boundaries, and connection in ways that feel authentic to them. My approach has been shaped by working with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences, always with a focus on creating a space that feels safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I tend to work in a conversational way, slowing things down to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and helping clients make sense of their experiences with compassion and clarity.
