I chose to become a therapist because I believe in helping others fulfill their potential. I wanted to pursue a career that felt rewarding and authentic.

I take a person-centered approach to therapy, meaning I believe that the client / therapist relationship is the key to creating change. I believe in creating a warm, nonjudgmental environment, and treating all of my clients with respect and empathy.

I have experience in a variety of settings, including group homes, IOP group therapy, and residential. I have mainly worked with adults with a wide array of symptoms and diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, grief, interpersonal relationship issues, family issues, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, among other things!
