Work HistoryHi there and blessings! I am so glad that you have stopped in to check out my profile. I am Jennifer Enders, a Licensed Professional Counselor providing telehealth services in Arizona. I graduated with my B.S. degree in Psychology in 2001 and my M.A. degree in Counseling in 2006. I have over 21 years of experience providing mental health services. I I am a certified Meditation and Mindfulness teacher and love to also bring this into my work. I enjoy working with adults and believe the therapeutic relationship is what is most important. I provide counseling to clients that are experiencing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, adjustments-changes-transitions, low self-esteem and self-worth, troubles with relationships, communication, boundaries, burnout, stress and overwhelm, chronic medical issues, compassion fatigue, and I like to consider myself a therapist of therapists. I love to help guide people to feel like the best version of themselves. My counseling philosophy is that clients know themselves best and have the inner strength and wisdom to heal, with a little help. I offer a safe non-judgmental space to do the work. Together, we explore belief systems and how these impact emotions and behaviors and have an impact on overall mental health symptoms. My expertise allows you to develop your own perspective of problem solving and empowers you to make the changes needed in order to accomplish your goals. I have a person-centered approach and value the importance of a good therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for change. I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness Practices as part of my therapeutic interventions. I am inclusive and consider myself an ally to others of various backgrounds and experiences. My favorite thing is to provide a safe space to feel seen and heard in a non-judgmental space. I am a fan of structure and homework and truly love what I do. I am married and we have 1 daughter and a family of fur babies. I enjoy reading, yoga, walks, family time, and time in nature. I have my own meditation practice and honor the importance of self care and work life balance. Reach out today with any questions, feel free to schedule an intake. You have taken the first step to getting some support- you are brave and you can do hard things. What is sharable is bearable. Warmly, Jen
