Work HistoryAt many points in life, people find themselves standing in front of an emotional truth they've avoided for years—an unexpected grief that finally surfaces, a relationship pattern they no longer want to repeat, or a sense that something within them is asking to be understood differently. After earning my degrees from the University of Nevada, Reno, I trained in acute psychiatric hospitals, community clinics, and group programs, gaining a close view of how people cope when everything feels overwhelming or unfamiliar. Those early experiences taught me to look closely, listen fully, and work with clients in a way that honors both their resilience and their pain. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2008, I work with adults seeking clarity, healing, or change. My approach blends experiential, systemic, somatic, and evidence-based methods to help clients recognize how past and present intertwine and to support them in creating lives that feel more emotionally coherent. If you’d like support, you can reach me through Insight Therapy Solutions at 888-409-8976.
