What is your style/approach to therapy?
I take a compassionate, yet practical and direct approach to therapy to meet you where you're at help you get unstuck. I will help you find solutions and be a part of your journey as you discover new aspects of yourself that you didn't even know existed. Some people are nervous and unsure, afraid of being judged, or hesitant to open up when it comes to therapy. All of those reactions are completely normal! We will work through your fears together as you set the pace of therapy (with lots of encouragement and some gentle challenges from me to help you grow!).
