What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

I had mental health issues in my life and it took me awhile to learn coping tools that work well for me. I figured out during my struggles that I want to help others to find their authentic selves and what works for them.

In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?

I am a laid back individual and have been told many times that I have a "calming presense". I have also been told I am "genuine and relatable". I believe in being true to yourself and who you are.
